Omega Therapy

Omega Therapy Practice is dedicated to offering comprehensive and culturally sensitive counseling services to a diverse clientele throughout Massachusetts. Our practice specializes in supporting individuals from various backgrounds, including the unique challenges faced by first-generation immigrants as they navigate new cultural landscapes and identity formation. We also provide a safe and affirming space for professionals of color, addressing issues related to workplace dynamics, systemic inequalities, and mental well-being within their specific professional contexts. Furthermore, we are deeply committed to serving the LGBTQ+ community, offering specialized therapeutic support for issues such as identity exploration, coming out processes, family acceptance, and navigating discrimination, all within a framework of understanding and respect for their lived experiences. Our approach emphasizes individual growth, resilience, and fostering a sense of belonging for all our clients.
