CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or No-Show appointments will be billed at rate of the full session. Patient is responsible for all fees as insurance will not reimburse for no shows.
Fees will be waived if it is related to weather/natural disaster or other unprecedented events.

PAYMENT
Payment for sessions, including copays or deductibles, is due at the time of service and can be settled online, by credit card,(visa, master card), FSA/HSA card, IvyPay or by cash for in person visits.

DIRECTIONS TO OUR OFFICE
The office is conveniently located in Charlestown on the orange line stop in Sullivan station. Located off of I-93 in northern Boston complimentary shuttle service to Sullivan Square MBTA Station Onsite.
There is free parking, and the office is minutes away from other bus lines near Assembly Row and Encore Casino.
When you arrive at the office, let the security guard at the gate know that you are here to meet us, and they will register your car.
We are located inside the building of the Regus Space at the Schrafft's Center Power House building.
