- SAMHSA National Helpline: Call 1-800-662-HELP (4357) for 24/7, free and confidential treatment referral and information about mental health and/or substance use disorders, prevention, and recovery in English and Spanish.
- Crisis Text Line: Text HOME to 741741 for free, confidential, 24/7 support for people struggling with mental health.
- National Mental Health Hotline: Call 866-903-3787 for guidance and encouragement, information on mental health illnesses, and support duringcrises
- NAMI HelpLine: Call 800-950-NAMI (6264), Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET, or email info@nami.org for information, resource referrals, and support to people living with mental health conditions and their families.
