“Therapy can be many things: a space for unpacking, for healing, for curiosity, for laughter, for saying things you’ve never said out loud. My goal is to co-create a space where you can bring your full self, including the parts still in process.
I work with adults navigating questions of identity, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, race-based stress, relationship challenges, and that deep sense of “something needs to shift.” As a Black woman, I’m particularly drawn to working with those whose stories don’t fit neatly into boxes: immigrants, Third Culture Kids, BIPOC clients, queer folks, or anyone navigating systems that weren’t built with you in mind.
My approach is psychodynamic and relational, grounded in a culturally aware, anti-oppressive lens. I also integrate CBT, narrative therapy, and Liberation Health. That said, I believe our stories live in more than just words. They show up in color, music, memes, reality TV, silence, and metaphor. I invite you to use whatever tools feel natural to express yourself and grow.
I’m warm, direct, and deeply invested in your wholeness. I see you as the expert in your own life, and I’m here to support you in showing up more fully, truthfully, and compassionately in the world on your terms.
If any of this resonates, I’d be honored to connect.”
