About Nicole Magnet, LMSW
As a master’s level Clinician and licensed school social worker, I have worked with adolescents, adults, and families through various transitional periods in their lives. I bring a unique understanding to my clients on the impact our mental health has on all aspects of our lives and families.Through these different stages, transition can be difficult to navigate. Together, I believe we can create a space for healing and growth. Our sessions will provide a safe environment that focuses on helping you identify and achieve personal goals, make life decisions, and improve your overall well-being.
I believe that in order to reach our full potential, we must heal from the inside out. We need to learn the connection between the mind and body. In order to do this, I use multiple modalities including solution-focused, trauma-based, CBT & DBT therapy.
Our sessions will create a non-judgemental space in which you feel heard, understood, and valued. If you are feeling stuck, like you aren't living your life to your full potential. If you are ready to begin, but don’t know where to start. It’s okay. Starting therapy is an astounding gesture of courage. You do not need to take on life's burdens alone. Reach out and let's take the next step toward healing and reaching your full potential.
I obtained My Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and School Counseling from Merrimack College.
